John Q Greer III
John is a third generation decorative painter. He is trained both in the finer aspects of murals and decorative arts as well as the techniques needed to prepare walls for any treatment. His training allows him to take your walls from sanding and spackling through to the finished product.
Though he had always been artistically inclined, he began experimenting with techniques used by the old masters of decorative painting during his high school years. As John's ability grew he studied with current experts in the field and attended The Finishing School of decorative arts. John spent time studying art and decorative painting abroad. While in Italy he immersed himself in Italian marble and frescoes. He is passionate about concocting new techniques to accurately emulate natural marbles.
As the owner and primary artist of Q Decorative Finishes John has transformed the homes and businesses of his clients, many of whom have become "regulars."
